What days and times do you deliver?

We currently operate Monday – Friday. Deliveries occur from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm daily. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, but we are happy to accept reasonable requests in the “Instructions and/or Requests” section of your order and will try our best to accommodate. Once the flowers have been delivered, we’ll send you a text letting you know!

Where do you deliver?

The Little Flower Bunch is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We currently deliver to central Jacksonville, downtown and surrounding areas, East Jax, South Jax, and Mandarin. We also deliver to the beaches, Ponte Vedra (North of Palm Valley Rd) and Nocotee (North of Nocatee Parkway/210).

**UPDATED DELIVERY POLICY: We have updated our delivery policies in an effort to keep our customers and our staff as safe as possible.

We will continue to provide contactless deliveries to residences. Our drivers will knock or ring the doorbell and leave their bunch in a secure location for the recipient to pickup.

No hospital deliveries at this time.

Office building deliveries will be left in the lobby or front desk and the recipient will be notified via text where they can retrieve them.

As always, we will notify the sender via text when their bunch has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to deliver smiles safely during this time!

Please note, we no longer deliver to Orange Park, North Jax, West Jax, St. Johns (city of), St. Augustine, Fleming Island, Middleburg or Fernandina. If you have a special delivery request for an area outside of our standard Jacksonville delivery area, please feel free to contact us and we will see if we can help you out!

Can I select which flowers I send or how they’re wrapped?

The wonderful thing about The Little Flower Bunch is that we offer beautiful hand-crafted arrangements at an affordable price. In order to keep the price point low for our lovely customers we streamline the process and make just one unique style of bouquet each day, using the same flowers and greenery in each of the bunches. Not a huge fan of the flowers we use on a particular day? That’s okay! Every day we try and choose different flowers from the previous day and if that selection doesn’t happen to tickle your fancy,
then hopefully the next day’s will! We carefully wrap each of our arrangements in brown kraft paper, tie it with twine, and deliver it in a mason jar. You can enjoy it as is or take it apart to place in any vase you desire.

We now offer an upgraded vase option for our Single Bunch for just $10.00 and our Double Bunches for $12.00. We will create your bunch directly into a stylish vase instead of our classic mason jar (no kraft paper & twine for the upgraded Single Bunch.) 

Can I order a larger size?

We currently offer our Daily Bunch in three convenient sizes. Our Single Bunch for $40 is a beautiful gesture for any occasion. We wrap each unique bunch with brown kraft paper, tie it with twine and deliver it in a mason jar with a handwritten note. To truly make a statement, we also have our Signature Double Bunch. Double the amount of flowers as our single and beautifully arranged in a large mason jar, adorned with ribbon, for only $78. For an occasion that calls for something special, we offer our Triple Bunch for $125. The triple is created in a large glass vase and the blooms are thoughtfully arranged to deliver a full, beautiful arrangement that will surely make anyone feel loved. A flat $12.00 delivery fee is applied to all orders.

We now offer an upgraded vase option for our Single Bunch for just $10.00 and our Double Bunches for $12.00. We will create your bunch directly into a stylish vase instead of our classic mason jar (no kraft paper & twine for the upgraded Single Bunch.) We also offer a premium flower upgrade for any size bunch. We will create your bunch with only high-end premium flowers (no carnations) for an additional $10.00 for the Single, $12.00 for the Double and Triple Bunches. A flat delivery fee of $12.00 is applied to all orders.

Can I include a special message with my order?

Of course you can! Every arrangement from The Little Flower Bunch comes with a customizable card. Leave your message in the “Custom Message for Recipient” section of your order and we’ll hand-write it on the card for you, including it with the delivery at no extra charge.

Don’t forget to include a signature so your recipient knows who sent them. If there is no signature on the card, our policy is to leave it blank.

What if no one is available to accept the flower delivery?

If a flower bunch is being delivered to a residential address and no one is home to accept it, we will leave the arrangement at their door to receive when they come home! We will always ensure that we find a shady or protected spot to leave the flower bunch so that it stays nice and safe. If you have specific instructions on where to leave the arrangement, please include them in the “Special Delivery Instructions and/or Special Requests” section of your order.

Do you deliver to office buildings?

We do! Just make sure to leave any specific delivery instructions (i.e. business name, floor, office number, who to leave it with, etc.) in the “Special Delivery Instructions and/or Special Requests” section of your order. We will do our best to find the appropriate person to leave it with in the event that the recipient isn’t available.

What happens if a bunch is unable to be delivered?​

If we are unable to successfully deliver a bunch due to circumstances out of our control (ie: delivery location changes, denied access through the gate, closed business, patient hospital discharge, etc.) we will make a second attempt at our convenience. Second delivery attempts will result in a $12 delivery fee. We will do our best to deliver the bunch the next day or in some cases, same day, when possible. We will make our best effort to get the bunch to the recipient in a timely manner. Due to the nature of our business we unfortunately can not issue a refund for undelivered bunches.

How long will my flowers stay alive?

Just like the many different varieties of fruits and veggies, each type of flower and greenery has a different shelf life. Once your bunch arrives to you, we recommend that you keep the blooms away from a direct air stream, allow them to bathe in filtered light rather than direct and replace the water every few days to keep the flowers looking their best!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Due to the nature of our business model, we can not accept same day cancellations.
